Ingredients
  • 100g chicken chopped up
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 100ml chicken stock
  • ½ chopped leek
  • 1 tbsp gravy browning
  • 3 scoops of Swalloweze Clear
  • 1 tsp oil
Directions
  1. Place diced chicken, chopped leeks, onion and chicken stock with oil in a pan and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Once cooked, add gravy browning and blend until smooth.
  3. Thicken with Swalloweze Clear and then use the chicken mould for presentation.
