Ingredients
- 100g chicken chopped up
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 100ml chicken stock
- ½ chopped leek
- 1 tbsp gravy browning
- 3 scoops of Swalloweze Clear
- 1 tsp oil
Directions
- Place diced chicken, chopped leeks, onion and chicken stock with oil in a pan and cook for 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, add gravy browning and blend until smooth.
- Thicken with Swalloweze Clear and then use the chicken mould for presentation.
